A promising but late forecast prompted an afternoon off work and headed up to Cacra to see if I could get some flying in.
First time I've walked all the way up. much prefer the lift to half way. Tommy and Sean were up flying as I struggled up the hill.
The sky was quite... interesting. Whenever the sun broke through there was large and fast development. I decided to wait and watch for a wee while.
Sean had a flight or two. nice glider control.
After a while the top cover spread out and gave us some nice (but light) soaring conditions. Found it a bit of a challenge to get feet into the pod.. no seatboard makes it quite an interesting sensation.
Neil turned up about 30min to late :-( but managed a nice launch and fly down.
We then packed up and headed to the tushielaw inn for refreshments.
